Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services is seeking a Warehouse Lead Worker to manage receiving, storage and order preparation in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will oversee daily tasks, direct a small team, and ensure accuracy and quality of stock while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, supervisory capabilities, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires previous warehouse experience.
• Experience in a supervisor or related role preferred.
• Requires the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Requires the ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Requires basic math and counting skills.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damage, and proper storage.
• Transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse.
• Processes requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for shipping.
• Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a team and oversees completion of tasks.
• Operates equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Performs physical inventory as needed.
• Ensures security of company assets.
