Job summary

Wesco is hiring a Lead Associate in Operations at our distribution facility in the Carol Stream, IL area. You will help supervise the team, manage daily workflows, and ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and wire cutting.

The role offers shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays with overtime as needed, plus a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities at a Fortune 250 company.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• 3 years of warehouse operations experience required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Warehouse Associate or similar.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor in directing the work of other associates.
• Receive, pick, pack, ship, and wire cut.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities when assigned.
• Monitor workflow metrics and coordinate reporting to management.
• Perform daily safety walks and communicate findings to Supervisors.
