Job summary

Cardinal Health Reno is seeking a Lead Associate to join the Warehouse Operations team on a full-time day shift. You will help plan daily workloads, support a safety-focused, compliant operation, and ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and willingness to work in 36°F-42°F environments.

This position emphasizes teamwork, process improvements, and adherence to Cardinal Health policies while supporting a fast-paced distribution network.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills preferred.
• 4+ years experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) preferred.
• Radio frequency (RF) scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours.
• Able to work in a 36°F-42°F environment for up to 8 hours or longer.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workload planning and assignments.
• Support supervisor in safety, quality, and process compliance.
• Maintain receiving standards and proper procedures.
• Coordinate workflow to meet pick, pack and ship targets on time.
• Operate or rotate through warehouse areas as needed.
