Job summary

RXO Inc. in Ohio is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate to drive efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will oversee data entry, inventory control, and task assignment while coaching a 2-5 person team to meet safety and quality standards.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 4pm to 1:30am. The role offers competitive pay, potential bonus or commissions, and opportunities to grow within RXO's network across North America.

Qualifications

• Data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Leadership ability to coach 2–5 teammates.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, monitor levels and reconcile merchandise.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in equipment, procedures and housekeeping; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to safety procedures and programs.
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance.
