Key Responsibilities

• Ensure clear communication with other shifts in the warehouse and office personnel as needed.
• Assist the supervisor with security and safety of the warehouse, inventory, and staff.
• Assist and direct staff in daily warehouse operations.
• Allocate, release, and assign sales orders to appropriate staff.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Handle expedite requests from customer service.
• Take on operational responsibilities in the supervisor's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Competencies and Skills

• Strong leadership experience and qualities.
• Knowledge of RF pick/pack technology.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 1 year operating an electric pallet jack.
• Minimum 1 year utilizing RF scanners.
• Ability to stand, walk, pull, and bend throughout the day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Explorer, and Outlook.
