Base pay range

$18.25/hr - $19.75/hr

Responsibilities:

• Train and maintain activities of department personnel by scheduling and assigning workflow, checking work for accuracy, analyzing and resolving work problems.
• Train associates, assign duties, monitor activity, and maintain open communication with leadership.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and carry out special projects.

Essential functions:

• Repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure associates work safely and maintain a clean work area.
• Train associates on procedures and equipment, ensure they have necessary supplies.
• Follow department processes and procedures, adjust labor as needed.
• Manage break times and attendance reporting.
• Participate in daily start-up meetings, conduct them in supervisor’s absence, focusing on safety and priorities.
• Attend management training classes for growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Focus on production standards and accuracy.
• Flexible schedule with mandatory overtime when scheduled.
• Represent the company positively.
• Experience in multiple departments, group presentation skills, leadership, customer service, and safety knowledge.

Other details:

• Travel not required.
• Physical ability to perform job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Perform tasks under supervision with limited independent judgment.
