Job Description

Assurance Technologies, Inc. has been in business for over 60 years with an excellent reputation in the Quality Industry. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments, including deliveries via UPS, FedEx, and direct customer drop-offs. This role involves hands-on management with a focus on quality control, organization, and secure packaging of items, many of which may be fragile or high-value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely handle, pack, unpack, and move delicate and expensive equipment to ensure safe transit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments through UPS & FedEx, ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform dipping, waxing, and etching of instruments.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a shipping & receiving role preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging materials, shipping platforms (UPS/FedEx), and handling fragile items.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and handle items with care.
• Comfortable working in a clean and structured setting.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Positive, professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
