COMPENSATION:

• Starts at $25 per hour

SHIFT AVAILABLE:

• 7:00am - 7:00pm on a 2-2-3 schedule

LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• No supervisory responsibilities
• Train new employees, and perform ongoing training to ensure that all assigned employees have knowledge and understanding of job requirements
• Provide feedback to the supervisor on employee performance and day-to-day actions and activities• Accurately observes performance to provide constructive feedback to employees, as well as opportunities for improvement in a timely manner

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• One (1) year of warehouse or material handling operations experience, working in a fast-paced work environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated leadership skills• Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes• Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, and spreadsheets in MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects and priorities
• Ability to utilize and train employees on technology, processes and procedures
• Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
• Ability to demonstrate basic math and dimensional counting skills
• Experience using purchasing and inventory software
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality PREFERENCES:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in a Lead role preferred
• Prior SAP experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume warehouse environment, preferred
• Paper converting, chemical/plastics processing and packaging industrial experience, preferred
