ICU Medical is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Southington, CT to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate picking, staging, and shipping on the dock, and ensure accuracy and productivity. You will monitor workload, safety, and forklift issues, while guiding a team to maintain high standards.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and experience with Oracle, warehousing processes, and safety protocols. Travel to network facilities may be required in emergencies.
The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse responsibilities of all areas assigned. The Warehouse Lead will direct employees in the following tasks: picking and staging customer orders on the shipping dock, counting and cross checking all orders that are staged for next day delivery, replenishment of the warehouse picking locations, organizing of the warehouse, cycle counting and individual picking locations, other tasks deemed necessary by management. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for keeping management aware of workload constraints, safety situations, employee and forklift issues. The Warehouse Lead must possess good communication skills and must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities. Must have proven work record indicating initiative, proficiency, integrity, dependability, and good attendance.
