Job summary

SiTime Corp. in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Sr. Manager, Vulnerability Management and Security Operations to lead the function reporting to the CISO.

The role builds and scales SIEM, MDR partnerships, vulnerability remediation SLAs and incident response playbooks, aligning security operations with technology and manufacturing needs. You will start hands-on and grow the team through hires and contractors, driving risk reduction and improving the company’s security posture across cloud, endpoints,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations, detection and response, or vulnerability management with 3+ years leading a function.

Responsibilities

• Own SEIM end to end: design, deployment, log onboarding, detection content, tuning and cost management.
• Own and enforce a log coverage standard across cloud, SaaS, endpoints, network, applications and labs.
• Manage the 24x7 MDR provider: SLAs, escalation, quality review and rhythm.
• Build detection use cases aligned to threats relevant to fabless semiconductor companies.
• Set log retention standards for forensic investigation, legal holds and inquiries.
• Partner with Security Engineering on coverage and alert quality of CrowdStrike, Darktrace, Microsoft Defender and future sensors.
