Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a Sr. Manager for Security Risk, Assurance and Trust to lead the enterprise risk, third-party risk management, and certification programs from Santa Clara, CA.

You’ll design and own the risk register, policy framework, and governance processes, and drive audits, certifications, and SOX compliance with IT, Legal, and Finance functions. The role combines hands-on delivery of the first program cycles with scaling leadership of a team and contractors to mature the security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field; relevant security experience preferred.
• Experience building or rebuilding large risk/assurance programs.
• Hands-on with external audits and certifications end-to-end.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams across IT, Legal, Finance, Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own customer security assurance end to end, including audits and remediation.
• Lead enterprise risk register and third-party risk program.
• Govern security policy and control frameworks aligned with NIST/ISO.
• Drive SOX ITGC support and audits with cross-functional teams.
• Establish risk reporting for executive and board visibility.
