Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Sr. Manager for Vulnerability Management and Security Operations to lead the 24x7 detection, monitoring and response efforts in Santa Clara, CA.

You will mature SIEM coverage, manage MDR partnerships, and enforce remediation SLAs while scaling the team through hires and contractors. The role reports to the CISO and requires building robust processes for incident response, ransomware readiness, and cross‑functional collaboration with Security Risk, Assurance, and Trust.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security operations, detection and response, or vulnerability management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• At least one of CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SIEM design, deployment, onboarding and tuning.
• Manage 24x7 MDR provider, SLAs and escalation paths.
• Define risk‑based vulnerability management across endpoints, servers and cloud workloads.
• Lead incident response and ransomware readiness programs, including tabletop exercises.
• Run post‑incident reviews and drive remediation through to closure with cross‑functional teams.
