Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Senior Manager of Security Operations to lead and scale global Detection Engineering and CIDR teams, driving an intelligence-driven defense across cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and endpoints.

You will partner with GRC, Infrastructure, Product Security, and Engineering leadership to set detection standards, incident response strategies, and executive dashboards that translate risk into action. This role is primarily in-office in Santa Clara, CA.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading and scaling enterprise security operations.
• Deep command of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and cloud telemetry architectures.
• Threat-informed defense methodologies and ATT&CK mapping.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Direct Detection Engineering & Incident Response Strategy: set objectives, plans, and SLAs to optimize MTT D/MTTR.
• Champion Threat-Informed Detection & Validation: deploy high-signal detection and validate efficacy.
• Streamline Telemetry Ingestion & Automation: oversee multi-cloud and SaaS logs into SIEM/SOAR pipelines.
• Lead Executive Incident Governance & Postmortems: drive root-cause analyses and executive dashboards.
• Manage & Develop SecOps Engineering Teams: allocate resources and foster a high-performing culture.
