Job summary

Unissant, Inc. is seeking a Vulnerability Management Lead to join our team and support a government client.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise vulnerability management efforts, apply risk-based prioritization, and drive remediation across servers, workstations, networks, HPC, and cloud environments. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise vulnerability management or related security operations.
• Experience supporting large-scale environments including servers, workstations, networks, HPC, and cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of risk-based remediation, vulnerability prioritization, and federal cybersecurity expectations.
• Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, and Power Apps.
• Ability to assess gaps in tools, processes, and data flows and recommend practical improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the enterprise vulnerability management program.
• Oversee scanning, prioritization, remediation coordination, reporting, and compliance alignment across assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities, prioritize actions, and track remediation progress.
• Develop risk-based prioritization methods considering exploitability, impact, asset criticality, and threat intel.
• Support automation, dashboards, and process improvements to strengthen visibility and reporting.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and improvement plans to support program maturity.
