Responsibilities

Serve as a first-level supervisor for VR&E personnel at the Regional Office or out-based facility.
Interview and select employees; train, monitor performance and prepare ratings.
Provide guidance on difficult cases and supervise related roles (Employment Coordinator, Program Specialist).
Ensure quality assurance and contribute to quarterly SOAR reports and inquiries.
Collect data, analyze operations, and manage travel budgets for supervised staff.
Provide technical supervision and enforce applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
