Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional teaching experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• DCF 45 Hours Training completed.
• Active CDA credential with VPK endorsement.
• College coursework in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to meet all state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming space where children learn, play, and explore.
• Spark curiosity and build confidence with a growth mindset approach.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for kids to thrive.
• Stay connected with families through the app and daily conversations.
• Collaborate with center leadership to support your classroom and center.
• Fill days with teamwork, laughter, and learning.
