Job summary

The Learning Experience Longwood, FL is hosting dedicated teachers to nurture young minds in a warm, engaging classroom. Ambassadors of Happiness collaborate with families and peers to support infants through preschoolers.

Requirements include at least 1 year of teaching, a High School Diploma or GED, 45 hours of DCF training, Active CDA with VPK endorsement, and CPR/First Aid. The LEAP Curriculum guides hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional teaching experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• DCF 45 Hours Training.
• Active CDA credential with VPK endorsement.
• College coursework in Early Childhood Education a big plus.
• A solid grasp of developmentally appropriate practices.
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
• Ability to meet all state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where children learn, play, and explore.
• Spark curiosity and build confidence with a growth mindset approach to teaching.
• Bring the LEAP Curriculum® to life for Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment and daily learning experiences.
• Stay connected with families about milestones and daily adventures.
• Collaborate with center leadership to help your classroom flourish.

What You Bring to the Table
