Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher in Lakeland, FL. You will create a warm, engaging classroom where children learn through play and structured activities.

You will implement our LEAP Curriculum and collaborate with families and staff to foster academic and emotional growth. Ideal candidates have 2 years of teaching experience (1 year minimum) and an associate degree in ECE or higher (or a HS diploma with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional teaching experience preferred or 1 year required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma required.
• Demonstrated passion for educating and caring for children.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children.
• Use a growth mindset to foster love of learning.
• Implement the LEAP Curriculum across age groups.
• Ensure a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.

As an Experienced Preschool Teacher, you will
