The Learning Experience – O-Town West is seeking a passionate VPK/Preschool Lead Teacher for ages 4–5 in the Orlando area. Join a team that values energy, structure, and heart in the classroom, delivering developmentally appropriate practice within Florida licensing standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Florida Staff Credential or National CDA is required if no ECE degree.
• DCF 45 Hours and VPK training are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment per Florida licensing standards.
• Lead daily instruction using the LEAP Curriculum with play-based learning.
• Implement lesson plans, assessments, and ongoing observations to support development.
• Maintain supervision for child safety and compliance.
• Communicate with families via app and conferences.
• Collaborate with leadership to support enrollment and classroom excellence.
• Document in alignment with VPK and DCF requirements.
• Model professionalism and teamwork.
