Job summary

Moder is seeking a Team Lead for Verification of Employment (VOE) to guide a dedicated team in verifying employment and income data for mortgage applicants. You will drive performance, quality, compliance, and customer service while escalating complex verification scenarios.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and adherence to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and RESPA guidelines. Experience in mortgage processing and VOE is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–6 years in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Mortgage Operations environment including 1–2 years in leadership.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of VOE Specialists to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Oversee daily VOE operations and ensure timely verifications and outbound call objectives.
• Maintain QA performance 95%+ with zero compliance errors and conduct audits.
