Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead at Store 155, Summit Fair, Lees Summit, Missouri.

This part-time position focuses on delivering an exceptional patient journey, leveraging optical knowledge, and driving sales goals in a fast-paced setting. The role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, a HS diploma or GED, and active license requirements per state guidelines.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for their eyewear and ensure eyewear is right the first time through training and product knowledge.
• Support store operations including opening/closing and daily tasks to meet store financial and customer experience goals.
