Job summary

VirtuAlly LLC seeks an vigilant Virtual Safety Observer – Observation Lead to oversee the on-shift VSO team in a dynamic monitoring role. You will supervise staff, mentor colleagues, and ensure seamless operation during your shift.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, assigning patients by acuity and skill, handling CVM start/stop notifications with the Registered Nurse, and upholding company values. Strong computer software skills and reliability are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of six-months as a VSO preferred.
Technical proficiency of computer software applications.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership, mentoring, and serves as a resource to the Virtual Safety Observer (VSO) Team.
Facilitate and coordinate staffing during shift to include all breaks.
Determine patient assignments based on acuity and skill mix and adjust as needed throughout the shift.
Receive VSO notifications confirming completion of the audiovisual check for initiation of Continuous Virtual Monitoring (CVM) and notification of CVM discontinuation by the Registered Nurse.
Assume VSO responsibilities during periods of need.
