Job summary

VirtuAlly LLC is seeking a Virtual Safety Observer – Observation Lead to provide shift leadership for the observation team and ensure continuous monitoring operations.

As the lead, you will mentor staff, coordinate staffing across breaks, assign patients by acuity, respond to CVM status updates, and uphold company values and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of six months as a VSO (preferred).
• Technical proficiency with computer software applications.

Virtual Safety Observer – Observation Lead

Position Summary

The Observation Lead is re s ponsible for providing shift leadership to the observation team.

Ess ential Functions

Provides leadership, mentoring, and serves as a re s ource to the Virtual Safety Observer (VSO) Team.

Facilitate and coordinate staffing during shift to include all b re aks.

Determine patient assignments based on acuity and skill mix and adjust as needed throughout the shift.

Re ceive VSO notifications confirming completion of the audiovisual check for initiation of Continuous Virtual Monitoring (CVM) and notification of CVM discontinuation by the Re g i stered Nurse.
