Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years veterinary assistant experience.
• Experience mentoring or leading peers preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle animals up to 130 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional patient care and professional standards.
• Mentor and train Veterinary Assistants; support performance.
• Assist veterinarians during exams, diagnostics, and procedures.
• Manage patient records and charge capture with accuracy.
