Qualifications

• 7+ years of Veterinary Assistant experience preferred.

• Lead the shift, coordinate workflow, and ensure adequate staff coverage.
• Mentor veterinary technicians and assistants, provide onboarding support and development opportunities.
• Support veterinarians in patient care, maintain accurate medical records, and uphold infection control standards.
• Enhance client experience through scheduling, check-ins, discharge instructions, and cost estimates.
