• Collect and process care charts and assist with inpatient charges.
• Enter and verify procedures in the billing system and ensure monthly invoices.
• Resolve client billing questions and manage delinquent accounts when needed.
• Supervise department staff and ensure patient care standards are met.
• Be dependable and punctual in daily operations.
