Job summary

PetVet Care Centers’ Eastham Veterinary Hospital in Eastham, MA seeks a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to lead medical staff, supervise the department, and ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations. The role combines hands-on clinical duties with staff leadership, scheduling, and adherence to policy.

The position features a Monday–Friday schedule, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 based on experience, and a supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient care and clinician

Qualifications

• Anesthesia experience is required.
• Leadership skills are desirable for supervising the team.
• Veterinary technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical records and billing processes.
• Collect and process work charts.
• Assist with in-patient charges and billing in the system.
• Ensure invoices are sent monthly and as requested by clients and doctors.
• Process payments and monthly statements.
• Resolve escalated financial problems with clients; manage delinquent accounts and NSF checks.
• Monitor and report on accounts receivable.
• Prepare and mail invoices or statements to customers.
• Be dependable and punctual.
