Qualifications

• 3+ years of veterinary experience.

• Proficiency with veterinary software systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding front desk service and set a professional tone.
• Coach and support front desk staff; assist with onboarding.
• Coordinate appointments and manage client communication.
• Escort patients from waiting room to exam rooms as needed.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, payments, and pricing.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital services and policies.
