Job summary

Pet Cancer Center of Providence is a soon-to-launch veterinary oncology specialty practice. We seek a dynamic Practice Manager to lead daily operations, driving clinical excellence and business success in a high-touch setting.

You will partner with the Medical Director, mentor staff, manage finances, and improve client service. You will help shape growth of this first-of-its-kind facility opening in Providence with a November 2, 2026 start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a clinical veterinary setting.
• Strong understanding of veterinary operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with clinical leadership to drive hospital-wide goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Medical Director to align clinical goals with hospital operations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across departments for smooth workflow.
• Implement policies and protocols to support patient care, safety, and team performance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff engagement strategies.
