Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by coordinating workflow and ensuring adequate staff coverage.
• Mentor and support veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Identify workflow gaps and work with the hospital manager on improvements.
• Support veterinarians in patient care and maintain medical records with infection control.
• Enhance client experience from scheduling to discharge explanations and estimates.
• Maintain hospital cleanliness, organization, and safety across protocols.
