You will support veterinarians, ensure accurate medical records, uphold infection control, and strive for an outstanding client experience while contributing to hospital operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5 years as a veterinary assistant.
• 7+ years of Veterinary Assistant experience preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift: coordinate workflow and assign tasks to ensure coverage.
• Mentor and support veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Identify improvements in workflows and work with management to implement solutions.
• Support veterinarians in patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
