Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join the team for the launch of a truly special, full-service, cutting-edge, small animal hospital in the Arcadia area of Phoenix, AZ.

This is not your average leadership role. This clinic represents a rare chance to walk into a recently launched practice and put your stamp on things from clinical standards to team culture. You can expect a consistent four-day work week, one to two weekend days per month, and a culture built around sustainable, collaborative, and long-term success. Appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes with a full schedule of approximately 16 appointments per day. This will be a full-service veterinary hospital, providing a wide range of wellness, diagnostic, and surgical services in a progressive, small animal, general practice and urgent care setting.

You will have genuine clinical freedom to practice medicine the way you believe it should be done, backed by state-of-the-art equipment, smart technology that keeps admin out of your way, and a dedicated support team that is there to make your life easier. As the clinical leader, your voice will carry real weight in shaping how this clinic operates and grows, and equity options mean you will have a true stake in its success.

About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited university or equivalent
