Provive Wellness in Greenwood, IN seeks a Licensed Trauma Therapist to lead the development and facilitation of a Veterans trauma therapy group. You will shape a new program from the ground up and deliver evidence-based care to veterans and service members.

The role emphasizes EMDR or Brainspotting, trauma-informed group facilitation, intake and treatment planning, and collaboration with the clinical team to monitor progress and outcomes.

Formación

• Active Indiana licensure in one of the listed paths.
• Minimum 2 years trauma-focused therapy experience.
• Experience working with Veterans, military personnel, or first responders.
• Strong understanding of trauma, PTSD, moral injury, and related conditions.
• Ability to facilitate group therapy in a trauma-informed framework.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate weekly trauma-focused group therapy sessions for Veterans
• Conduct individual intake assessments and treatment planning for group participants
• Provide individual therapy as needed to support group members
• Apply trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions including EMDR and/or Brainspotting
• Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate care and monitor client progress
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
• Assist in the development and ongoing growth of the Veterans group program
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and training opportunities
