• Provide guidance and oversight to assigned personnel for safe operations.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate labor/equipment to meet requirements.
• Maintain effective communication between management, vessel personnel, customers, and support departments.
• Conduct pre-shift safety meetings and communicate objectives and productivity goals.
