Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to support government-facing workloads. You will manage, monitor, and optimize the Veritas eDiscovery environment on Windows servers, including on‑prem and remote deployments, with an emphasis on reliability and security.

The role involves close collaboration with the Legal department and cross‑functional teams to handle storage, migrations, and incident response.

Qualifications

Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) administration and troubleshooting.
Strong Windows Server administration experience across physical and virtual environments.
Familiarity with monitoring, maintenance, and patching processes to ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities

Participate in technical meetings to align objectives and objectives with program goals.
Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the eDP environment.
Process change requests and document configurations in the change control system.
Handle storage migrations and decommission tasks as required.
Respond to alerts with timely escalation and remediation actions.
Schedule and execute routine maintenance, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Support remote deployments and cloud migration efforts as needed.
Automate routine maintenance with scripts and tooling.
