Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) Engineer to join a fast-paced team supporting legal accounts. The role focuses on maintaining the Veritas eDiscovery Platform across Windows Server environments, with emphasis on configurations, monitoring, and automated maintenance.

The position requires expertise in scripting (PowerShell/VBScript), incident response, and cloud migration capabilities to facilitate transitions into cloud

Qualifications

Experience with Veritas eDiscovery Platform (eDP) and Windows Server environments.
Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills for enterprise-level systems.
Ability to script routine maintenance tasks (PowerShell, VBS) and automate processes.

Responsibilities

Participate in technical meetings to review objectives and educate stakeholders.
Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot the eDP environment using engineering docs.
Record change requests and manage storage migrations/decommissions.
Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and escalate issues as needed.
Perform daily system monitoring and verify backups and logs.
