Bet365 Company in Denver is seeking a Senior Developer to join the Verification team and drive a ground-up re-architecture using Golang, React and cloud platforms. You will lead a team, design robust verification systems, and ensure high quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes mentoring, hands-on delivery, and collaboration with UK teams to deliver scalable solutions while maintaining code quality and governance standards. Hybrid work from home is available.

Qualifications

Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects to successful completion.
Coaching and mentoring in technical subject areas.
Ability to prioritize people and conversations over process.
Excellent problem solving skills in a fast paced environment.
Commercial experience using Cloud Platforms.
Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
Experience with Golang micro services.
Exposure to C#, .NET, MSSQL and/or WPF.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver scalable, maintainable and performant systems from start to finish.
Own technical solutions and hands-on delivery from development to live.
Distribute knowledge and mentor team members.
Applying governance around overall solution design and code quality.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver accurate effort estimates.
