bet365 in the United States is seeking a Senior Back-End Engineer to develop, maintain and evolve our US Sports platform. You will work on N-Tier distributed systems that process large data volumes, delivering resilience and low latency for a superior customer experience.

You will coach and onboard junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders to implement the architectural vision, and contribute to a hybrid working model that supports growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Experience with high throughput and low latency systems.
Experience coaching and mentoring technical staff.
Ability to prioritize people and conversations over process.
Thrived in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Commercial experience using GCP and Kubernetes.
Experience in microservices development using Golang or Rust.
Knowledge of React and TypeScript.
Experience in a delivery-focused culture.
