Job summary

The Venue Event Manager at Circuit of The Americas leads planning, coordination, and on-site execution of diverse events at our Austin venue. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, with proven budgets, timelines, and logistics experience, and is prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven experience in venue management or event operations.
• Ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong budget, timeline, and logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events.
• Serve as main liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Develop banquet event orders (BEOs) and event documentation.
• Create and manage event budgets and timelines.
• Provide on-site leadership and real-time decision making.
• Post-event evaluations and continuous improvement.
• Build long-term client and partner relationships.
• Support Events & Hospitality team with additional projects.
