Job summary

Cardinal Equipment Services in Winter Haven, FL seeks a Remanufacturing Technician III to diagnose, repair, and restore vending machines to meet quality standards. You will perform mechanical, electrical, wiring, cooling, and software diagnostics, program column mappings and pricing, and conduct full operational testing and QC checks.

You'll use handheld devices, PC-based tools, and voltmeters to identify issues, complete repairs, and prepare machines for final review while supporting safety,

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production or warehouse environments.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or related technical work is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18 and ability to wear PPE and follow safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance as an essential job function.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work with a team to meet daily and weekly output goals.
• Assess repairs, parts requirements, or pre-work tasks.
• Operate handheld devices and PC-based diagnostic tools to run tests.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, wiring, cooling, and software issues.
• Review production schedules and support department targets.
• Program column mappings and vending pricing per customer requirements.
• Test vending machines for proper operation, including motors and displays.
• Perform thorough QC checks on structural, cosmetic, and functional quality.
• Use voltmeters and other tools to diagnose and repair systems.
