Cardinal Equipment Services seeks a Remanufacturing Technician I in Winter Haven, FL to restore coolers and vending machines. You will diagnose, disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble equipment across multiple departments, ensuring quality and efficiency while following safety protocols.

The role involves rotating through Triage, Pre-Work, Wash Bay, Panel, Body, and Paint, driving accurate work orders and contributing to reliable equipment for customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18+; 1 year warehouse or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Excel preferred.
• Must wear PPE and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Work across departments to support refurbishment of coolers and vending machines.
• Perform initial diagnostics in Triage; document findings and create work orders.
• Test machine functionality (cooling, lighting) and determine repairs/parts needed.
• Disassemble machines to clean components and prepare for repair.
• Replace damaged panels; perform bodywork and paint prep.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across production areas.
