Job summary

PACCAR is seeking an Integrated Verification and Validation Technical Program Manager to lead the coordination of vehicle software verification and validation activities at the PACCAR Technical Center. You will interface with suppliers, engineers, supervisors, and managers to develop and execute a comprehensive validation plan across system, integration, and vehicle levels.

Qualifications

• Seven years of project/process management and leadership experience.
• Experience with project management and scheduling.
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite.
• Test planning for software or embedded systems.
• Accounting experience preferred.
• Portfolio management experience desired.
• Experience with DOORS/ETM or similar tools.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to present to senior managers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate integrated test planning across software and vehicle teams; maintain Integrated Test Plan.
• Manage bi-annual software release verification budgets and resources.
• Lead weekly test progress, schedule, budget, and quality reporting.
• Oversee portfolio-level test schedules across teams.
• Streamline budgeting and forecasting with division accounting and PMO.
• Categorize and track defects through resolution.
• Improve test and defect management processes.
• Collaborate with CSOs to align software delivery timing and responsibilities.
