Job summary

KBR is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, organize, and lead day-to-day activities of one or more maintenance teams in support of the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program in Jacksonville, FL. You will ensure equipment readiness, establish production standards, and mentor technicians to meet safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates will have a background in motor transport maintenance, supervisory experience, and the ability to interpret technical specifications. U.S.

Qualifications

• Must pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a Secret Clearance.
• 8 years of related work experience including 2 years supervisory in motor transport.
• Associate degree or coursework toward BS in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Must complete motor transport maintenance officer course or equivalent.
• Ability to review technical specifications and forecast spare parts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics in automotive maintenance and repair.
• Ensure equipment readiness and maintenance assets control.
• Plan work sequence based on priority and equipment availability.
• Maintain inventory of repair parts and requisition replacements.
• Coordinate department activities with other departments.
• Ensure safety, policies, and regulations compliance.
