Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM + 12 years of related experience; or Master’s +10 years; or PhD +8 years.
• Active US Government Secret clearance (with a background check within 6 years) and ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.
• Experience with supplier management processes (SOWs, technical specs, supplier relations).
• Experience in proposal development, including labor-hour estimating and bidding coordination.
• Experience generating technical documents and using MS Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional Vehicle Engineering teams across multiple domains.
• Manage AV activities, BOEs, ROMs, and SOWs; review SOWs and related docs.
• Prepare SETR materials and participate in reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR).
• Oversee supplier relationships to ensure alignment with program goals.
• Support proposal development and risk mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams to maintain technical excellence.
