Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safe working practices following company policies and procedures.
• Schedule crews and assign their work.
• Lead, train, and coach team members on pruning techniques.
• Coordinate and inspect crew work and ensure directives are understood by all.
• Readily join storm restoration efforts when needed.
• Maintain records and complete paperwork.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE.
