Job summary

Vein and Vascular Institute is seeking a Lead Registered Vascular Technologist to manage the ultrasound division in our IAC-accredited vascular lab and vein center. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate scheduling, and serve as a resource for sonographers.

The role requires a Registered Vascular Technologist with at least 4 years of vascular testing and leadership experience; BLS is preferred. Travel to satellite offices may be required, with reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree preferred.
• Registered Vascular Technologist required.
• Minimum 4 years of vascular testing with leadership experience; IAC accreditation exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the ultrasound division.
• Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure operational efficiency.
• Cultivate a positive workplace environment; train and mentor staff.
• Serve as clinical resource for sonographers and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with office manager on operational matters; ensure compliance with IAC standards.
• Travel to satellite offices; maintain IAC accreditation and oversee equipment and EMR integration.
