Job summary

Vein and Vascular Institute is seeking a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) to join a patient-centered vascular practice in New Jersey. The RVT will perform and interpret venous, arterial, and carotid ultrasound studies, ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality imaging.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of vascular testing experience, strong patient care and communication skills, and is self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification (required).
• 2–3+ years of vascular testing or sonography experience.
• Strong skills in venous, arterial, and carotid imaging.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• BLS certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret high-quality vascular ultrasound studies (venous, arterial, carotid).
• Provide a welcoming, professional experience for every patient.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliant coding for all procedures.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment.
• Travel to satellite offices as needed to perform studies.
• Adhere to all IAC, HIPAA, and standards.
