Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or closely related field.
• Experience in engine validation or testing is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the NSI validation lead for LPSD core components and develop validation plans.
• Manage validation demand and PMO coordination by aligning program priorities, lab capacity, and resources.
• Leverage global lab footprint to identify best validation execution strategy and meet timelines.
• Collaborate with design, simulation, product, and supplier teams to develop validation plans for NSI, NPI, NTI, NTI-S and CPI projects.
• Coordinate engine hardware, fixtures, instrumentation, and tooling readiness for on-time validation.
• Execute engine structural and dynamics testing per Caterpillar procedures and safety practices.
• Analyze test data, communicate results, risks, recommendations, and potential design solutions.
