Job summary

You will coordinate NSI validation plans, manage the PMO, collaborate with design, simulation and supplier teams, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or closely related field.
• Experience leading validation of engine components and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of engine core components and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NSI validation lead for LPSD core components and manage plans from requirements to final report.
• Coordinate validation demand and PMO alignment with global resources for timely delivery.
• Leverage global lab footprint to select the best validation approach to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with design, simulation, product, and supplier teams on validation plans.
• Coordinate engine hardware, fixtures, and tooling readiness for on-time validation.
• Analyze test data, report risks, and propose design solutions.
