Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. in Mossville, IL is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer to support the cooling validation team through validation planning, supplier collaboration, product-health data collection, CPI initiatives, and hands-on testing.

This onsite role offers growth toward independently leading lab testing programs while working with internal engineers and external suppliers. You will develop validation plans, review test documentation, analyze product-health data, and apply mechanical problem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Experience in mechanical testing, validation planning, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Support validation team leads with testing and validation activities.
• Develop DVP&Rs and validation plans defining testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with suppliers to execute validation activities and analyze results.
• Review test plans and reports and support CPI initiatives.
• Utilize Creo to support testing and engineering activities.
